  28. Ben says:

    October 7th, 2009 at 13:22

Being one of the people that is involved with the tunnel, at the moment the tunnel is on a lock down, and discussions are being made on future of how the tunnel is going to be run! Please be patient. If you manage to actully find the tunnel and decide to break into it without permission, you will be prosecuted! Not only by ourselves for breaking and entering but by the local farmer for trespassing. Also to Elliot or whoever you maybe thanks for supporting your local scene maybe if you spent more time riding your bike instead of blabbing your mouth you may one day be respected in the local area!

    October 7th, 2009 at 17:17

COme on guys keep it down about where the location is. I was also involved in this ith the building. The place is sick but it needs to be kept low key at the moment

  31. Lego says:

    October 7th, 2009 at 17:28

Also just so you all no the tunne has actually been shut down due to people painting ont he walls and random people coming down so no one can go now.

    October 7th, 2009 at 20:08

that looks so much fun to ride wish that was in my backgarden lol

  33. james says:

    October 7th, 2009 at 20:37

well its not realy on the low if there are videos of the jam on mpora and ridebmx. also im sure people would pay money to ride there in the winter cus the weather is sooo crapppy so it meant who ever owns it would get something out of it.

  34. Jamie C says:

    October 7th, 2009 at 22:33

James – it is on the low ‘cos you’ll never get near without very good directions and two sets of keys. I’m sure people would pay to ride there but it’s never going to happen. As Lego says some dicks already got busy with the spray cans so only two people have keys and no-one will be riding there without one of them to supervise. About 50 riders showed up on Sunday and that’s already so many that most of the builders went home. If we opened it right up now there would be hundreds of kids every day and the whole thing would be shut down forever pretty quickly.

  35. Lego says:

    October 7th, 2009 at 23:43

Jolly good speach there mr cameron do u no when we can ride it again mate

  36. Lego says:

    October 7th, 2009 at 23:44

Also just casue theres vids of it doesnt mean u no where it is its hard to find unless u no where ur going. But if people give out directions people cna make a pointles journey to find there not aloud in

  37. mike says:

    October 8th, 2009 at 06:33

have you even considered letting people hire the skatepark for a fuew hours a day like the source park in the converted church ?

  38. toby says:

    October 8th, 2009 at 06:36

ahahah search that post code into google earth and you find it soo easly!

  39. Jamie C says:

    October 8th, 2009 at 07:39

Lego – not gonna print dates here. Not long.

No hiring. That would be an insurance impossibility. It’s not a skatepark it’s a disused tunnel with ramps in.

I F’kin hate these internet nibbling tweakers. Can’t believe that a local blabbed about the Tunnel. WELL F’KIN DONE!! Now cos of you, the local scene has nowhere to ride this winter. And, we can’t charge for people to ride it because of Nike’s contract. It was for our personal use and close friends(Who all busted a nut to get it finished on time)and for filming purposes(subject to Nike’s consent) It was insured for the locals by the ownwer and after 3 days it’s already shut down. So, there you go. If you’d spent a bit more time on your bike and a little less time searching for all things fashionable, you might’ve been part of it too. Cheers mate. Thank’s a f’kin bunch!

internet is a good thing but when someone spreads the word of something that they have no right spread then i wonder what good does the internet has done, and if any of these people who moaning about not being able to ride it would u let people u do not know ride your own spot

Guys, you wont be able to get in. It’s completely locked up. Don’t even bother trying. Yes i have been there for a look as it’s very near where i practice another sport, but don’t try getting it. It pisses us guys off who use the land and majors annoys the farmer and tunnel guys. Respect the sport and try to keep places like this to yourself if others are. Speak to the right people and you might have a chance of getting in, THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO RIDE IT.

    Hi there

I spotted this video a day or 2 ago. I live 60 odd miles from the place. Im not even a BMXer ( or indeed Skater), but I was able to find out where this tunnel was without too much difficulty! The Petersfield part I got from France, via simple question on Facebook.

Im sorry the place has been closed down, but wasnt it a little nieve to think its location wasnt going to be found out? Then spread about?

But why was I interested, well have a look at http://www.jurassicjumpers.stiltsmedia.co.uk/forum/index.php

Im still, hopinf, so now, pretty please asking any chance some time 1 or other of the key holders might let myself and my ‘bouncy’ friends use this place for a session?

    Yours in grovelling hopefullness

    Quentin
