English thugs at The Worlds…
For anybody who hasn’t been to The BMX Worlds or BMX Masters, it’s kind of hard to describe how good the party scene is. The Germans love a party and it’s as much part of the event as the riding. They go to pretty great lengths to make sure that the music is good and the venue is good on every single night. Because they do this, the whole event turns up to the party, so you end up spending hours long into the night with pro riders and fans from around the world. It’s a great atmosphere, everyone gets loose, if you haven’t pulled by the end of the night then you can visit the legal brothels, well, some have been known to anyway.
The English have a pretty bad name for violence, I’ve heard we’re the worst in Europe. We get loose and smash stuff up. We all know it’s not cool and as those adverts say, ‘You wouldn’t start a night like this, so why end it like like this?’
A certain English crowd at the BMX Worlds this year outdid themselves with too much booze and let the atmosphere get the better of them. The party on the last night at the Hard Rock cafe came to a crashing halt when some fine Englishmen gave us all a great name by smashing up the bar. Last year my trip to Germany was fucked over by some cunts. Last year on the Sunday night me and 4 others were screwed over by the police because some other English guys had smashed up a strip bar, we were walking past it and the police came out, put us all against the wall, took breath test and were cunt’s.
